Our process does not begin with the instruments: it begins with understanding the technical problem. Before choosing which technology to use, we need to understand what is actually required: what type of output is needed, with what level of accuracy, in what context and within what timeframe. Only from this basis does it make sense to choose the right tool.
The first step is always a technical discussion: a site visit or telephone/email consultation to gather the necessary information. What needs to be surveyed? What is the final objective (design, verification, billing, documentation, dispute)? Are there time, access or budget constraints? Is existing data available (previous surveys, designs, land registry)?
Once the objective is defined, we select the most appropriate technology: photogrammetric drone, laser scanner, GNSS, total station, multibeam sonar or a combination of instruments. There is no single solution: the choice depends on the area size, required accuracy, access conditions and outputs to be produced.
The survey is carried out with the planned equipment, following standardised operating procedures that guarantee the quality and traceability of the acquired data. All surveys are referenced to known coordinates (national or local geodetic reference systems), with control points for quality verification.
For drone surveys, we operate in full compliance with ENAC/EASA regulations with a fleet carrying European class marking (C1/C2), supporting compliant operations under ENAC/EASA regulations and contributing to the reduction of regulatory and operational risks.
The acquired data is processed with professional software to produce the final outputs: point clouds, 3D models, georeferenced orthophotos, floor plans, sections, elevations, BIM models and volume and surface calculations.
Every output is internally verified before delivery: accuracy check on control points, geometry verification, completeness of coverage check.
Outputs are delivered in the agreed formats, compatible with the most common software (AutoCAD, Revit, ArcGIS, QGIS, Civil 3D, CloudCompare, etc.). Every delivery includes a summary report describing the procedures adopted, instrumentation used, reference systems and accuracy levels achieved.
Every output includes the information needed for independent verification: control points, metadata, reference systems and accuracy reports.
We deliver in open, compatible formats: DWG, PDF, LAS, GeoTIFF, IFC, OBJ, E57. No proprietary formats requiring vendor-specific software.
Delivery times are established at the quotation stage and respected. For urgent projects or those with deadlines tied to progress reports or inspections, we define priority delivery schedules.
